Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept return requests, replacements, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. To begin a request, email support@uppercastletallowco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, replacement, or store credit, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • Reported within 14 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by a photo (for damaged or incorrect items)

Because our products are handcrafted skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and quality reasons.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the cost of return or replacement shipping.


Refunds & Store Credit

Eligible returns receive store credit or a replacement item. Refunds to the original payment method are not available due to the nature of our handcrafted products.


Subscriptions (Legally Protective Section)

Subscription orders cannot be canceled until the minimum three (3) billing cycles are completed. By enrolling in a subscription, customers agree to complete the required number of subscription orders before cancellation is permitted.

All subscription orders that have been processed and fulfilled are non‑refundable. Early cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and approved only at the sole discretion of Upper Castle Tallow Co.

Full Return Policy

Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened or used skincare items are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

Email support@uppercastletallowco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo (if damaged or incorrect)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the issue was our error.


No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.


No Final Sale Items

All products are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.


Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, return the unused product for store credit and place a new order once approved.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved returns receive store credit within 10 business days.
