Subscriptions.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Subscriptions require a minimum of 3 orders before cancellation. This helps us maintain small-batch pricing and production quality for all of our customers.

After completing your minimum 3 billing cycles, you may cancel at any time by logging into your customer account or by emailing us at uppercastletallowco@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

What happens if I try to cancel before 3 orders?

Early cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved only at the sole discretion of Upper Castle Tallow Co. Subscription orders that have already been processed and fulfilled are non-refundable.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your customer account to view, pause, skip, or manage your subscription. You can also email us at uppercastletallowco@gmail.com for assistance.

Can I skip or pause a subscription order?

Yes! You can skip or pause your subscription at any time through your customer account portal without affecting your minimum billing cycle commitment.

What discount do I get with a subscription?

Subscription pricing is offered at a discount compared to one-time purchase pricing. The exact discount is displayed on each product page when you select the subscription option.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our facility in Canajoharie, NY. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

Products

What is tallow?

Tallow is rendered beef fat, traditionally used for both cooking and skincare. Our tallow is sourced from 100% grass-fed cattle, making it rich in nutrients, vitamins, and fatty acids that are biocompatible with human skin.

Are your products natural?

Yes. All Upper Castle Tallow Co. products are made with simple, clean ingredients — no seed oils, synthetic fillers, or preservatives. What you see on the label is what's in the jar.

How long do your products last?

Our skincare balms have a shelf life of up to 18 months. Cooking tallow is shelf-stable for up to 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Because our products are handcrafted skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at uppercastletallowco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.
