Subscriptions

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Subscriptions require a minimum of 3 orders before cancellation. This helps us maintain small-batch pricing and production quality for all of our customers.

After completing your minimum 3 billing cycles, you may cancel at any time by logging into your customer account or by emailing us at support@uppercastletallowco.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

What happens if I try to cancel before 3 orders?

Early cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved only at the sole discretion of Upper Castle Tallow Co. Subscription orders that have already been processed and fulfilled are non-refundable.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. You can subscribe to any product and save. Manage your subscription anytime through your customer account.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account and click Manage Subscription to update your plan, change your delivery schedule, skip an order, or cancel after your minimum 3 billing cycles are complete.

Can I skip or pause a subscription order?

Yes! You can skip or pause your subscription at any time through your customer account portal without affecting your minimum billing cycle commitment.

What is tallow?

Tallow is a traditional, nutrient-rich fat rendered from grass-fed beef suet. It's been used for thousands of years for cooking, skincare, and everyday nourishment.

Is tallow good for your skin?

Yes. Grass-fed tallow is bio-identical to the oils your skin naturally produces. It supports the skin barrier, absorbs quickly, and delivers vitamins A, D, E, and K without fillers or fragrances.

Can I cook with tallow?

Absolutely. Tallow has a high smoke point (420°F), stays stable under heat, and adds clean, rich flavor to anything you already cook — eggs, potatoes, meats, vegetables, and more.

Does tallow smell like beef?

No. Properly rendered grass-fed tallow has a clean, neutral scent. Our small-batch process removes impurities while preserving nutrients.

Is your tallow grass-fed?

Yes. All of our tallow is sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle and rendered in small batches using traditional methods.

How long does tallow last?

Tallow is naturally shelf-stable. Store it in a cool, dry place and it will last 12+ months. Refrigeration extends the life even further.

Is tallow safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our skincare products contain no fragrances, fillers, seed oils, or synthetic chemicals — just clean, nutrient-rich tallow.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location.

Can I return a product?
